Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we process orders immediately. Please double-check all details before placing your order. For any assistance, please email us at [email protected].

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery shown on your tracking number. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at [email protected]. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For damaged items, photo evidence is required. Without photos, we will review the claim at our discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages until they are received.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, meaning you will receive 85% of the order subtotal.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or returned orders due to incorrect addresses. If returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Risk of Loss

Once the carrier confirms delivery, the risk of loss or theft transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

General Information

We do not offer returns or refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please check the ingredient list before purchase. Reshipments cannot be exchanged or returned.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions follow our standard terms, return, and shipping policies. To cancel, email [email protected] before your renewal date. Requests after renewal will apply only to future shipments.

Free Gifts

Only one free gift per order is eligible, even if multiple are added during checkout.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once your order is processed. Protection applies only to packages lost or damaged during transit. Once delivered, we are not liable for loss or theft.

We want you to love your Quasi Face Mask experience! If you’re not fully satisfied, return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — as long as no more than 2 masks have been used. If more than 2 masks are used, our 10-day return policy applies. Photo evidence may be required, and we reserve the right to deny claims we believe are fraudulent or abusive.
